This project, **OasisWebsite by Subrat**, is licensed exclusively for use by the **Oasis** team under the following terms:

1. **Usage**:
   - The code and files in **OasisWebsite** are solely for the use of the **Oasis** team for activities.
   - No part of this project may be used, reproduced, or redistributed by anyone outside of the **Oasis** team unless explicitly authorized by the original author (Subrat).

2. **Modification**:
   - **OasisWebsite** cannot be modified, adapted, or altered in any way without written permission from Subrat.
   - Any derivative works or adaptations based on this project must be approved in writing by Subrat before distribution or usage.

3. **Redistribution**:
   - Redistribution of the code or any part of **OasisWebsite**, in any form, is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Subrat.

4. **Ownership**:
   - The ownership of **OasisWebsite** remains with Subrat. The **Oasis** team can use the software as licensed but do not gain ownership or any additional rights over the code.
   - The **Oasis** team has rights over the **database records** but not over the **database schema**.
   - The **Oasis** team has rights over the **files submitted** to them through the hosted website, but Subrat retains ownership of the **code files** and **database schema** associated with it.

5. **Termination**:
   - The license will be revoked if any of the terms mentioned above are violated. Unauthorized use, modification, or redistribution will result in the immediate revocation of the license.

6. **Further Actions**:
   - If the terms of this license are violated, even after a warning has been issued, Subrat reserves the right to take back the project and terminate any further access or use of the code.
   - **Fingerprint files** have been created for security purposes. Any modification to the files will result in a change in these fingerprint files, which will serve as a clear indicator of unauthorized alterations.

7. **Legal**:
   - Unauthorized use, modification, or redistribution of this project will be treated as a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.

8. **Contents, Logo, and Data**:
   - Subrat does not claim ownership over the **logo**, **contents**, **database records**, or **submitted contents** to the **Oasis** team after the website goes live.
   - Subrat only holds rights over the **code files** and **database schema** associated with **OasisWebsite**.
   - The **Oasis** team may modify the **contents** such as **descriptions**, **clauses**, and **text** mentioned inside the website as they wish.
   - The **dataflow tunnels** (code responsible for data management and flow) are part of the core code, and **Subrat grants no rights** to edit, remove, merge, or export these data tunnels.
   - If the **Oasis** team wishes to add any new data tunnels or modify the existing ones:
     - **They cannot use existing data tunnels.**
     - They must **entirely renew** the data tunnel if they wish to make any changes.
     - Any changes to the data tunnels must be **approved by Subrat**.
     - If Subrat does not approve the changes, it is considered a violation of this license.
