SpecEvo was an inventive event organized by La Vida at IISER Berhampur that captivated teams
with its blend of science and creativity. In this event, teams were tasked with designing a hypothetical organism
perfectly adapted to the unique conditions of a given planet.
Each team was assigned a fictional or real
planet, complete with specific environmental conditions such as gravity, atmospheric composition, temperature,
water availability, and terrain. These conditions challenged teams to think deeply about the adaptations necessary
for survival and reproduction in such an environment.
