IISER Berhampur provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive residential environment that promotes academic excellence, personal growth, and community living. The permanent campus currently has fully functional Boys’ and Girls’ Hostels, with additional hostel facilities under development. Hostel accommodation is also available at the Transit Campus.

Located in the peaceful Laudigam region near the Bay of Bengal, the permanent campus offers a serene academic atmosphere. Students have access to shared facilities such as sports grounds, gymnasiums, common rooms, an amphitheater, music and art spaces, along with reliable Ethernet and Wi-Fi connectivity.

Hostels are equipped with essential amenities including automatic washing machines, purified drinking water, housekeeping services (6:00 AM - 10:00 PM), and 24×7 security and maintenance support.
